APEX Gear Service has been our partner for over a year now, and we can’t be more excited about our road together so far! Our joint efforts with APEX Gear Service align with our mission to optimize equipment performance and extend lifespan. By leveraging AGS's expertise in gearbox service and DALOG's advanced condition monitoring solutions, we offer customers a streamlined maintenance experience that prioritizes operational efficiency and reliability.

Through our partnership, we aimed to reduce response time in a fault event requiring inspection or possible repair. This helps customers minimize downtime and maximize productivity, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment lifespan. In the United States, labor shortages are even more severe than in Europe, so handling maintenance needs without requiring additional staff or resources is an important benefit.

What we achieved and what is to come

Since we’ve started our collaboration, APEX has carried out DALOG condition monitoring installations on more than 50 machines in North America. Several customers have already benefited from the 360° maintenance approach, that goes from condition monitoring, on-site inspections to repairs. And this is only the beginning, as we are eager to help more and more customers benefit from our solutions.

Our expansion into the United States and South America includes dedicated personnel in Mexico City, to provide enhanced customer support, underscoring our commitment to serving the region's growing demand for online condition monitoring solutions.
